Slow Wins Health is a health and wellness brand operated as a sole proprietorship in Cape Town, South Africa. Our products include the Slow Wins book (digital and/or print) and the Block Fuel app, a food and habit tracking application.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase or use our products. By using our products, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use our products with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
When you purchase the Slow Wins book, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the content for your own private purposes. You may not:

Access to Block Fuel is provided on a subscription or one-time payment basis as described at the time of purchase. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose of food and habit tracking.

Any data you enter into Block Fuel (food logs, notes, habits) is yours. You grant us a limited licence to process this data for the sole purpose of delivering your in-app experience. We do not use your personal health data for advertising or share it with third parties outside of our service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
All payments are processed securely by Paystack. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified.
Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available once the book has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we will make it right.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.
Slow Wins products provide general health, nutrition, and habit information based on publicly available research and the author's experience. Results vary between individuals. We make no guarantees regarding weight loss, body composition changes, or specific health outcomes.

All content, branding, and software associated with Slow Wins Health — including the book, app, website, logos, and visual design — is the exclusive property of Slow Wins Health. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Slow Wins Health will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or reliance on our content. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our products at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. We may also update these Terms of Use; continued use of our products after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use our products in a way that is harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
